Position: Customer Service Coordinator | Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Saddle Creek Logistics Services - : R27444 [Customer Service Representative] As a Customer Service Coordinator at Saddle Creek Logistics, you'll:
Coordinate between customer operations and transportation;
Assist customers on all issues;
Act as a liaison between the customer and Saddle Creek personnel, by answering questions, offering solutions, and researching issues;
Generate and retain all required reporting for the customer;
Process customer orders.
