Pay Range: $17 to $20 per hour.
OverviewAs part of the Orkin team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customers feel we’ve delivered on our promise, helping to maintain our reputation for top‑notch service from the industry leader with more than 120 years of protecting homes and businesses.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
- Navigate a Windows- and web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
- Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and recommend alternative routes as needed.
- Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate needs.
- Update and maintain accurate customer database, including call details, dispositions, payments, and results.
- Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives.
- Safeguard customers’ privacy and proprietary information.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
