Role overviewYou are a trusted partner to owners (husband and wife) and a key hub for Noble Ag. You toggle smoothly between front-of-office support at Noble Ag and high-touch personal support for a highly active couple running multiple businesses and a busy household. Success is measured in outcomes: you make their lives easier, their time better protected, and their operations more organized—earning increasing autonomy as trust grows.

- Lightens the load for owners so they can get more done, faster, with fewer administrative and logistical distractions.
- Anticipates needs, communicates clearly, and executes reliably, so trust and autonomy increase over time.
- Keeps Noble Ag’s front office running smoothly with minimal oversight, while handling a significant slate of personal and family workflows behind the scenes.
- Protects confidentiality and maintains a calm, low-drama, solutions-oriented presence.
1. Become a trusted partner to owners
Success looks like:
- Within 60–90 days, owners feel you “get how we like things done” and can delegate more without worry.
- You communicate in a clear, concise, low-maintenance way: you bring solutions and well-framed options, not problems.
- You proactively clarify priorities, follow through on commitments, and close loops without being chased.
- You handle sensitive personal and business information discreetly and professionally.
- You work in concert with other members of the family’s staff.
Success looks like:
- You serve as a pleasant, professional presence at the Noble Ag front desk, greeting occasional visitors and vendors and representing the company well.
- Reception is a light portion of your workload; you independently handle scheduling, basic office coordination, and general upkeep.
- Core office needs (supplies, simple facilities issues, mail/shipments, basic logistics) are handled without owners or other managers at Noble Ag needing to intervene.
- You coordinate calendars and basic scheduling for internal meetings or vendor appointments as requested, keeping stakeholders informed of changes.
- As needed assistant work for President of Noble Ag (owner's brother).
- Take over as lead on projects such as gift fruit shipping in January, ordering food for occasional in-office meetings, helping with quarterly All Hands employee meeting planning, and similar needs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, coordinating with accounting team on dates/times.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport).
- Assist with data entry and basic spreadsheet maintenance.
- Support HR with onboarding tasks (desk setup, welcome materials, forms) for new hires or prospective employees.
- Create and maintain simple forms, templates, and checklists.
- Assist with internal communications (announcements, newsletters, notices).
- Attend and take meeting minutes and track action items when requested.
Success looks like:
- Travel execution:
You handle cars, car service, spa appointments, dining reservations, golf carts and car rentals, and related logistics once you have the destination and general preferences. - Party and event coordination:
You support planning and coordination for events (dinners, kids’ birthdays, gatherings), including vendors, invitations/RSVPs, reservations, and day‑of details. - Gifts and fruit shipping:
You manage annual gifts and fruit shipments (including a simple spreadsheet or system to track fruit shipments and other annual gifts), ensuring items go out on time and follow‑ups are clear. - Returns:
You own the end‑to‑end process for returns, including tracking, shipping/drop‑offs, and status updates.
Success looks like:
- Digital organization:
You organize and maintain shared drives and key digital folders for documents such as IDs, insurance, school forms, key contacts, and travel documents. - Calendar orchestration:
