Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a Forklift Certified Warehouse Associate who is responsible for performing various warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping company and/or client owned assets and materials. This position requires safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment to support daily warehouse operations.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment to load, unload, move and stack assets and materials safely
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate and damage‑free
• Perform routine warehouse equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Assist with keeping accurate inventory records
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• High School Diploma
• Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to but not limited to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic PC skills;

• Excellent communication and teamwork

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to:

• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Turn the head, neck and shoulders to both the right and left
• Use of arms/legs to lift and/or move up to but not limited to 50 pounds
• Perform tasks that require adequate manual dexterity in the use of keyboards and keypads, handle or touch objects or controls
• Talk and listen
• Specific vision requirements include ability to listen to telephone conversations as well as face to face conversations
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Work beyond a 40‑hour week may be required
• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels
