We’re hiring full-time and part-time team members to join our fun, high-energy crew at The Little Gym. No experience? No problem—we’ll train you!
What You’ll Do- Teach fun, movement-based classes that help kids grow strong and confident
- Create a warm, safe, and high-energy space for families
- Deliver amazing customer service that makes every family feel welcome
- You’ll stay active and have fun every day (no desk job blues here!)
- You’ll make a real difference—every child leaves more confident than when they arrived
- Our culture is positive, playful, and people-first
- Positive energy and a big smile
- A love for kids and teamwork
- Dependability and enthusiasm
- Background in education, sports, or child development is a plus (but not required!)
