This vital role focuses on students' holistic growth and development through support, empowerment, and education. By offering comprehensive support and resources, the Case Manager for Mental Health enhances the student experience within the university community. The Case Manager assists students in navigating difficult life events, engages in care management planning, crisis situations, and assists on challenges that may impact their ability to be successful.
This position provides case management support, including interventions, referrals, and follow-up services, for all cases and especially those of increased complexity. The Case Manager for Mental Health at Winston-Salem State University cultivates the holistic growth and development of students through resilience, empowerment, and education. The selected candidate will be a driving force for students, families, and community members, and collaborates with campus and community partners to holistically support students.
