Job Title

Valet Parker 9:30am to 6:00pm – Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist

Location: Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Wake Forest, NC

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm (40 hr per week, Full time)

Pay Range: $18.50 - $27.75

• Adheres to the Medical Center standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building.
• Responsible for greeting guests with a helpful and caring attitude.
• Responsible for maintaining a clear and safe area for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
• Completes all forms and documents correctly.
• Collects payments and secures cash and keys if required.
• Completes in a timely manner all Medical Center and Department training requirements.
• Drives golf cart as requested.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to drive manual transmission.
• Clean driving record for five years.
• Mathematical skills preferred.
• Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff (QBS) preferred.
• Valid applicable state driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must communicate professionally, be a good listener and be willing to assist anyone.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Sound basic math skills for processing payments and deposits.
• Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.

Exposure to the risk of blood borne diseases, vehicle fumes, varying and unpredictable situations, and frequent exposure to extreme heat, cold, rain and smog.

Standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching with arms, finger and hand dexterity, talking, hearing, seeing. Lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 20 lb maximum; up to 50 lb maximum; up to 100 lb maximum.
