• Manage residential and commercial fencing projects from planning through completion
• Be on job sites daily to confirm layouts, post spacing, gate placement, and scope
• Lead and supervise installation crews and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and adjust labor or resources to stay on schedule
• Order, stage, and coordinate materials and deliveries
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues to prevent delays and callbacks
• Perform hands-on quality checks during and after installations
• Enforce safety standards, OSHA requirements, and local codes
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

• 2–5+ years of fencing or construction experience
• Experience leading crews and managing multiple jobs
• Strong knowledge of fencing materials and installation methods
• Ability to read layouts and scopes of work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Residential and commercial fencing experience
• Knowledge of local codes and property lines
• bilingual (English/Spanish)
