Equipment Operator

This position is rigorous by nature. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you must have good physical condition, endurance, initiative, and solid problem-solving skills. This is a job that is not for everyone
, but is available to anyone willing to serve their communities by providing essential work.

• Perform the installation of wood poles, metal poles, and concrete foundations
• Understand functions and capabilities of authorized equipment; inspect equipment for damage and wear
• Ensure safe operation of equipment at all times
• Operate small power tools and hand tools
• Install all materials on project with assistance from laborers

• Valid NC Driver's License (CDL Class A preferred)
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Availability to travel within 4 hours from the office
