This position is rigorous by nature. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you must have good physical condition, endurance, initiative, and solid problem-solving skills. This is a job that is not for everyone

- Perform the installation of wood poles, metal poles, and concrete foundations
- Understand functions and capabilities of authorized equipment; inspect equipment for damage and wear
- Ensure safe operation of equipment at all times
- Operate small power tools and hand tools
- Install all materials on project with assistance from laborers
- Valid NC Driver's License (CDL Class A preferred)
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Availability to travel within 4 hours from the office
