As Brock Solutions continues to grow and respond to the on-going requirements of major clients, we need to add talent to our base of outstanding professionals. We are currently seeking a Contract Manager to join our team of experienced professionals.

• Participates in reviews and approvals of draft contracts during the bid phase.
• Performs contract/subcontract and scope of work document reviews, negotiates and drafts contracts/subcontracts and scope of work documents and interfaces with customer/vendor contracting personnel.
• Works with project management, sales, finance, and procurement teams as well as the legal department to manage and structure contracts and scope of work documents.
• Ensures contract scope is clearly defined and matches the scope that was bid and priced.
• Analyzes contracts and scope of work documents to ensure compliance with company policy, government specifications and other requirements.
• Takes proper action to administer and close out the contract in accordance with applicable procedures at the conclusion of all contracting activity.
• Ensures the timely communication of contract information with management and other stakeholders and maintains complete and accurate contract files.

• A background in engineering, software, or construction projects.
• Experience drafting and reviewing technical scopes of work.
• A quick and efficient learner with strong forensic attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Demonstrate the ability to work with deadlines and under pressure
• An ability to think innovatively and creatively.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong sense of character, honesty, and teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Law degree not required.

• Experience with construction or public sector contracts
• Experience in addressing contractual issues in SaaS, cloud, data security, privacy, and intellectual property matters
