Provide direct support to the Sales Department, developing existing and prospective Eanes Services customers to meet monthly goals and growth targets.

• Analyze customer needs for HVAC equipment, create sales proposals, finalize sales, and follow up for satisfaction.
• Provide solutions for HVAC and other home comfort needs.
• Consult with potential and existing customers to offer customized HVAC system solutions and maintenance programs.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to confirm agreement fulfillment.
• Follow‑up on sales bids and leads, providing additional information to convert them into sales.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Emphasize salient features, quotes, prices, credit terms and prepare sales orders.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in sales activities such as trade shows, referral groups, etc.
• Be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.

• High School Graduate or GED (Required).
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Computer skills: MS Office.

• At least 5 years of previous sales experience.
• Prior in‑home sales experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC not mandatory; training provided.
• Pre‑employment drug, background, and motor vehicle check.

Salary: $85,000 – $300,000 per year (based on experience and performance).
