Job DescriptionSALLY STORE MANAGER:

Experience:
Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience with personalized hair and beauty solutions.

- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Passion for hair and beauty.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
- Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.
- Physical exertion including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment and chemicals.
