We are seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, including team leadership, achieving sales goals, and building a positive customer experience. Other responsibilities include maintaining store standards, managing inventory, assisting with retail loss prevention, and developing team members through coaching and feedback.
You will inspire and empower the team to consistently deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for every customer.
- Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to Sephora standards and policies.
- Support Store Manager in visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and participate in loss prevention efforts.
- Provide coaching and feedback to develop team members’ skills and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to deliver exceptional experiences and relationships with clients.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and provide clear direction to the team.
- Experience in store management and retail operations, including team leadership, stock management, and achieving sales goals.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies to ensure a secure and compliant store environment.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
- Previous experience in a retail or beauty-related leadership role is preferred.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
