• Use policies, data, and resources to set priorities, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete required job training and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Experience in meat cutting, wrapping, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of product safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Comfortable using handheld technology for real‑time decisions.
