This is a part-time on-site role for a The UPS Store Customer Service Associate, located at 446
E. Hanes Mill Rd Winston-Salem, NC. Responsibilities include assisting customers by providing professional customer service, processing shipments, organizing packages, managing retail sales transactions, and supporting customers with various shipping and printing solutions. The associate will also help maintain a clean and organized work environment and may assist with training new team members as needed.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and engage with customers
- Experience in Retail Sales and the ability to manage sales transactions efficiently
- Proficiency in Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain a well-functioning workspace
- Capability and willingness to support Training of new team members
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
