Overview
Our Non-Commissioned Automotive Solutions Providers assist customers with the investigation, presentation and demonstration of our automobiles (4.5 acres of used cars from A-Z in almost every price range). You will work within a proven selling system and will be teamed with a mentor to support you through training, motivation, and development.

Who We Are Looking ForWe welcome candidates with no auto industry experience. Our ideal background includes experience in:
- Restaurant servers or managers
- Retail
- Hospitality
- Call center
- Phone/Online retail roles
- Mattress or shoes retail
- Social work
Education level is not required, though higher education may help fast-track leadership. We also support and encourage ex-military applicants. We welcome those who have previously worked at another dealership but seek a better approach.
QualificationsWe can teach skills and knowledge. We cannot teach talent, energy, positive attitude, character and drive. We provide 100% of the tools, support, and training needed for success. You will need to bring the "get up and go" attitude and strong work ethic. Must be willing to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays.
The Five Biggest HurdlesWe hire "We / Us" people who like being part of something bigger than themselves. Occasional late home arrivals may occur when helping a customer. We are retail and work some nights and weekends.
Schedule:
5 days a week, approximately 40 hours. Saturday is GAME DAY and is required, but you get one off per month. We are CLOSED on Sundays for family and worship. You also have one day off during the week, allowing time for personal commitments.
With performance bonuses, the average income last year was $42,784. Top performers can earn double that annually. Even our struggling performers earn around $30,000 to $38,000 annually.
