Pay Range$32.45 - $48.70
Major Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and statistical data
- Develop and maintain cash forecasting, capital planning, and treasury models
- Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting
- Support budgeting, cost accounting, and productivity standards
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses (e.g., program reviews, reconciliation variances, business development assessments)
- Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Mentor accounting staff and support financial systems training
- Research and document technical accounting issues
- Present complex financial information to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- May lead or coordinate financial projects

Education RequiredBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
Experience RequiredMinimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and BI tools
