We are looking for a highly motivated, results‑driven Sales Associate for our retail store. The ideal candidate is sales‑driven, leads by example, and builds impactful relationships with clients. As a brand ambassador, you will provide a unique shopping experience, manage clienteling tools, and drive sales while upholding company standards.

• Act as the Brand Ambassador, embracing the company culture and cultivating strong client relationships.
• Provide exemplary client service to foster loyalty in our communities.
• Drive sales by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and making appropriate suggestions to clients.
• Use clienteling tools and outreach techniques to inform customers of upcoming events and new product arrivals.

• Support the store manager with daily operational tasks.
• Create and maintain a culture of kindness that is client and team focused.
• Stay current on merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Utilize selling techniques to overcome objectives and close sales.
• Understand sales plans and metrics to contribute to store success.
• Participate in store events, trunk shows, and community activities.
• Use the POS system accurately and provide exemplary customer service.
• Prioritize daily tasks, ensuring the customer remains the top priority.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and visual standards.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, peers, and other stores.
• Share best practices and build productive relationships across markets.
• Follow Retail Operations and Corporate direction.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, stock room, and common areas.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professionalism standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and perform key holder duties when needed.
• Lead by example and uphold integrity at all times.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and accountability for results.
• Positive, self‑motivated, and focused on customer success.
• Consistently demonstrates reliability, accountability, and professionalism.
• High energy and results‑driven.
• Adaptability to change and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multi‑task while keeping the customer top priority.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for long periods; able to lift up to 30 pounds.
