Winston‑Salem, NC Compensation: $46,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year (full‑time)
Job Description

- Lead staff to meet sales, service, and operational expectations.
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure training in sales, customer service, and operations.
- Model company values and coach team members actively.
- Communicate priorities and sales‑driving information effectively.
- Guide the team to recommend and implement productivity improvements.
- Take the lead in recruiting and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Achieve store business plans, including sales, customer service, and operational goals.
- Develop game plans and monitor execution to maximize sales.
- Partner with Regional Manager to address performance issues with data‑driven solutions.
- Drive business outreach opportunities and communicate leads to management teams.
- Maintain accurate store scheduling to ensure proper staffing.
- Ensure all staff are trained on internal operational functions.
- Stay informed on corporate communication, directives, and policies.
- Implement store programs that increase sales, service, and operational efficiencies.
- Create an inclusive environment where opinions are valued.
- Promote a culture of learning and development with training tools.
- Model enthusiastic, motivational leadership for all team members.
- Develop a steady pipeline of external talent through recruitment.
- Hold regular store meetings to keep the team up-to-date with company directives.
- Train the store team to meet customer service expectations.
- Lead the team to exceed customer expectations and boost Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Use customer feedback to address concerns promptly.
- Maintain visual standards and execute marketing initiatives per brand direction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing retail teams.
- Creative, judgment‑driven, and attuned to business dynamics.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, strategic thinker.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to train and develop high‑performing teams.
- Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
- Ability to operate a computer and POS system.
- Stand and walk most of the shift; frequently bend, squat, twist; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb ladders; discern fabric patterns.
