Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. You will ensure that team members and shift managers complete their duties, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability.
Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and patrons.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- 50-hour work week
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting, and trash disposal
- Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
