Heartstrings Pet Hospice & In-Home Euthanasia & Aftercare is seeking a Part-time Veterinarian in Winston-Salem, NC. This role focuses on in-home hospice and end-of-life care for pets, with generous appointment times and minimal administrative duties.

• Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr
• Experience fulfillment at Heartstrings Pet Hospice
• Actual pay based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter

• Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets
• Guide families in making end-of-life decisions
• Build relationships with local veterinary clinics, serving as an extension of their care

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• 1+ year(s) experience as a practicing veterinarian
• Valid driver’s license
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs assisted; ability to walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, stand, and reach consistently
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of driving
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and steady hands for medical tools
