Certified Nursing Assistant; Part-Time - Navion Home Care

Navion Home Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who can provide outstanding resident care and physical support on a daily basis in our residents  homes. A CNA will provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living. The ideal candidate is patient, caring, and responsive to residents  emotional and physical needs.

This is a Part-Time opportunity to join our team in supporting our residents. Navion Home Care has partnered with Tapcheck, enabling team members to access earned wages instantly via a mobile app. This empowers team members with more control over their finances.

• Demonstrates a positive working relationship with residents, family members and staff
• Maintains confidentiality of residents  information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Assist with daily living activities, including turning and ambulating patients and delivering food and beverages
• Help patients with personal hygiene, such as providing bedpans and assisting with bathing
• Provide adjunct patient care as needed (e.g., delivering ice packs and dressings, assisting after therapy sessions)
• Closely monitor and record food intake, urinary and fecal output for medical staff review
• Process information from other professionals and coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and nurses
• Apply infection control precautions in all activities
• Demonstrate knowledge of fire and emergency procedures and report safety violations

• Passion for the senior population
• High School diploma or GED
• State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
• Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association) preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently with team support and maintain clear communication
• Excellent bedside manner and oral communication with health professionals
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
