Overview
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Level III provides professional, competent anesthesia care to a wide variety of patients, from pediatric up to geriatric population, requiring surgical, obstetrical, and other anesthesia services. In addition, the CRNA Level III utilizes skills obtained through additional training, education and/or experience in the provision of anesthesia care to patients who present with complex and unique anesthetic requirements.
Works primarily in a Tertiary Medical Center with Multispecialty Trauma Services & multiple NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia) sites and provides needed coverage to ASCs, HOPDs, and Community Medical Centers as directed by NH Anesthesia Leadership.
Team members must regularly participate in all main OR Anesthesia and NORA cases. Additionally, team members will make up designated specialty teams such as Cardiac, Neuro, and Neonatal teams. Must participate in call coverage if part of the facility scheduling model. Team member participates in at least one department committee and/or department project once per fiscal year. New Graduates can request to transition to CRNA Level III after 6 months of employment.

What We Offer- Schedule:
Variety of schedules available—rotating 8, 10, & 12 hour shifts. - Sign on Bonus Info:
Up to $100,000 sign on bonus and relocation assistance provided. - Department Details: 17 Main ORs with a variety of service lines including general, gynecology, urology, robotic general/gyn/urology, ortho, neuro, spines, vascular, hearts and lungs.

The CRNA Level III provides anesthesia care across patient types and settings, participates in multidisciplinary teams, and supports coverage for OR and NORA cases as directed. Participates in designated specialty teams and contributes to department committees/projects on at least a per-fiscal-year basis. Participates in call coverage as required by the facility scheduling model.
Qualifications- Education: BSN, MSN, DNP, and/or graduate diploma level certification required. Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. NBCRNA-certified CRNA and state practice as a CRNA. Must meet NBCRNA continuing education requirements every four years.
- Experience: Previous experience is not necessary. Four to six week orientation period (with preceptor) required; orientation length depends on experience and clinical skills.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Current CRNA endorsement in appropriate state, required. NBCRNA certification, ACLS, BLS and PALS within NH policy, required.
- Additional Skills/Requirements: Extensive knowledge of anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment. Ability to modify anesthetic plans by patient age. Able to make independent decisions under stress and maintain professionalism. Ability to provide anesthesia care for all case types (excluding specialty teams such as heart and neonatal teams).
