Transition RN – Incredible Health
We’re looking for experienced RN’s to manage high‑acuity patients in Winston‑Salem, NC. Ideal candidates have experience in bariatric care, BiPap monitoring, COVID care, CVA, cardiac drip management, DKA management, post‑cardiac intervention, or sheath pulls.
Shift & Employment Options- Shift(s) available: day, night, and mid‑shift
- Job type: full‑time, part‑time, or per diem

- ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited nursing school
