3 12‑hour night shifts per week, 7 pm‑7 am; weekend and holiday requirements. PALS required.
Pay Range
$34.90 – $52.35
Location
Winston Salem, NC, United States
Sign‑on bonus eligible up to $10,000; relocation bonus if outside facility distance.
Where You Will Work
Our Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit has 7 IMC beds and 8 acute care/IMC overflow beds. The unit provides evidence‑based, family‑centered care for children who require close monitoring and specialized interventions but do not need intensive care. Nurses manage patients with complex medical needs, including those recovering from critical illness or requiring advanced respiratory support.
We’re Looking For- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1 yr RN experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 yr pediatric and/or critical care experience preferred.
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
