Registered Nurse (RN) – Admission Holding Unit – Nights
This full‑time position (35.1 hrs/week) is located at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston‑Salem, NC. The role requires a standard 12‑hour night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) and provides a sign‑on bonus of up to $15 000 and relocation bonus eligibility if the applicant resides outside the designated travel radius. The starting hourly pay ranges from $34.90 to $52.35, based on qualifications and experience.
We’re Looking For- More than one year of RN experience.
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by your state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic outcomes aligned with established policies and procedures.
- Use evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making to create a safe patient environment and deliver an excellent patient experience across the continuum.
