Job Description: We are recruiting an HCT & Cellular Therapy Apheresis Registered Nurse for our Transplantation & Cellular Therapy team.

• Educate and explain apheresis procedure and provide health teaching to patients and families.
• Perform apheresis procedures independently while following department/program policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, FACT).
• Administer pre‑transplant conditioning chemotherapy regimens and pre‑CAR T lymphodepleting chemotherapy.
• Perform hematopoietic cell transplantation and cellular product infusions.
• Maintain and care for patient venous access used during apheresis procedures.
• Monitor patients daily post‑transplant and post‑CAR T.

• RN license in NC or a compact state.
• BLS & ACLS required.
• 1+ year apheresis experience collecting HPCs and MNCs preferred.
• BSN preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• ONCC OCN/BMTCN or ASCP QIA credential preferred or in progress.
• Chemotherapy‑Immunotherapy Certificate (ONS/ONCC) or equivalent required within 6 months of hire.

• Knowledge of HCT and cellular therapy processes including mobilization, apheresis, Spectra Optia® Apheresis System, HCT/cellular product infusion, CAR T therapies and complications, and FACT standards.
