Pay Range: $20.40 - $30.60
Education / Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent with three years of office or clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the department to be served preferred.

• Oversees the general clinical operations including record keeping and filing, ordering and purchasing of general medical/surgical supplies and office supplies and equipment.
• Develops work schedules and assignments for professional and ancillary staff with equitable distribution and adequate coverage.
• Assists with assessing department fiscal requirements, prepares budgetary recommendations, and monitors and reconciles expenditures.
• Assists with various personnel functions including hiring, scheduling, and performance planning.
• Prepares management reports (technical, operational, fiscal) detailing patient or procedure volumes, resource utilization, trends, revenues, expenditures, sall.
• Cross‑trains staff and oversees staff development in computer access, lab and diagnostic себя testing requisitions.
• Oversees maintenance of office space, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintains inventory of supplies, meets with sales personnel, evaluates purchase orders, and makes decisions regarding purchases for the clinic.
• Acts as a liaison between党 physicians and nursing staff to facilitate patient care and clinical flow.
• Answers phone and in‑person inquiries concerning clinic policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

• Strong computer experience.
