Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a full‑service healthcare management organization that has provided development, management, and administrative services for dialysis facilities across Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina for 35 years. HSM is known for high quality patient care and efficient business operations. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our dialysis team.

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to unit clients.
• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Acts as Team Lead when necessary, overseeing work assignments.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care appropriate to the patient’s age/developmental status.
• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures and standards of care.
• This position requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Successful completion of Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation details: $26 – $37 hourly wage.
