Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

This position is Sign-on eligible and qualifies for up to $20,000 sign-on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to the facility. Our 26-bed unit specializes in caring for neurosurgery patients, orthopedic spine surgery cases, trauma surgery, and neurology overflow. This is a high-acuity environment where precision and compassion come together to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• ACLS are required within 6 months of hire

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
