Schedule Details: 12‑hour shifts required; WP schedule Friday through Sunday.

Pay Range: $34.90 – $52.35

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• Continuously evaluates patient, team, and unit outcomes.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely.
• Demonstrates effective communication, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Pursues professional development, completes required education, maintains certifications.
• Adheres to the ANA Code of Ethics and respects interdisciplinary roles.
• Appropriate delegation to RN, LPN, and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May be required to float to other units or facilities to meet patient needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of developmental principles and age‑specific care.

• Education: Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved program.
• Certification / License: Basic Life Support (BLS);
  Active, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Experience: Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
  • Time management, prioritization, problem‑solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in computer functions (E‑mail, electronic records, digital platforms).

  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, twist frequently.
  • Lift and support 35 lbs; perform sliding transfer of 150 lbs with second person present.
  • Functional speech, vision, hearing, touch; fine hand manipulation for IV insertion.
  • Operate foot pedals on carts or machines.
  • Perform physical safety interventions such as restraint and de‑escalation.
  • May be exposed to chemicals, hazardous waste, blood, body fluids; protective clothing required.
  • Respond quickly to changes in patient/unit conditions.
  • Physical testing may be required.
