JOB DETAILS : RATIOS: 45 cases, 17 Rooms. SHIFT: 36 HOURS ONLY. Shifts will be Monday-Friday rotating depending on the needs of the department. Call Requirement: call 1 to 2 (8 hour shifts a six-week time track from 11pm-7am) also requires weekend call 1-2 (24 hour shifts either Saturday or Sunday ) in a six week time track Float Requirement: YES, within facility and within greater Winston market (Kernersville, Thomasville, Clemmons Medical Centers).

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: candidates need to have strong experience in at least 2 of these four specialties
• neuro spine,
• ortho spine,
• vascular or
• robotics SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS:
** Specialties in order of priority. Must have 2-3 of the top four: 1st - Neuro and Neuro Spine 2nd - Ortho/Ortho Spine. (90% of our total joints have gone to Clemmons and we rarely do scopes, cuffs, ect) 3rd - Vascular 4th - Robotics 5th - Urology 6th - Podiatry 7th - Oncology GYN 8th - Misc. (we do a small amount of regular General, ENT, Plastics) UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR, Staff Meetings, Communication Board SCHEDULING TYPE:
Unit schedules. This is a specific shift (Thurs, Sat, Sun schedule.) UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 Hours minimum of three days orientation not including Epic training SCRUBS:
