Duties- Post and update volunteer listings across platforms
- Respond to volunteer inquiries and pre-screen candidates
- Coordinate with interviewers and onboarding leads
- Maintain an active recruitment log
- Track and report recruitment numbers
- Written communication
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable using forms and online platforms
- Organized follow-through
- Positive outreach mindset
