Industrial Automation Technician; 2nd Shift

Seniority: Mid-Senior (levels I–III and Industrial Automation Technician track)

Compensation:

• +$1.00/hr shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift
• Bonus potential and full benefits for eligible employees
• Final level and rate determined by experience and pretesting

• Execute PM/PdM and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Service VFDs, servos, robots, motors, printers, and vision systems
• Interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and drawings
• Diagnose pneumatic/hydraulic issues and implement corrective actions
• Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain safety compliance, housekeeping, and documentation standards
• Cross-train peers and support skill-building across the maintenance team

• 8+ years maintenance experience (or equivalent education/experience)
• Advanced electrical controls plus strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing preferred
• Valid driver’s license; eligible MVR to operate powered lifts
• Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., FDA) a plus

• 2nd Shift (full-time); overtime generally voluntary except for emergencies
• Competitive hourly pay by level, plus $1/hr shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift
