The Utility Production Associate ensures that finished assembled products are properly organized, palletized, securely strapped, and moved to designated staging areas for final review by the warehouse team. This role also includes supporting the assembly team during high-volume periods or as needed.

Utility Production Associate 2nd Shift

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Receive finished products at the end of the assembly line and organize them onto pallets according to product type or order.
  • Strap products securely to pallets using appropriate strapping tools and techniques to ensure safe transport.
  • Move strapped pallets to the assigned staging area for inspection and processing by the warehouse or shipping team.
  • Ensure pallets are properly tagged or identified as required.
  • Maintain clean and orderly work spaces, including the end‑of‑line and staging areas.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth handoff and product flow.
  • Assist with assembly tasks as needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines when assembling components or products.
  • Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Experience with pallet strapping tools and manual pallet jacks (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Willingness to cross‑train and support other production areas as needed.
