Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Pay: $25–$30/hr (DOE)
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Mon–Thu | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thu | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (+20% differential
  )
• Weekend Shift: Fri–Sat | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (+20% differential
  )

Our shop is equipped with Swiss machining, 4-axis and full 5-axis milling, turning, a dedicated quality lab, and advanced CAD/CAM systems. As a compact, high-performing organization, we move fast, think creatively, and take pride in delivering exceptional quality for our customers.

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and ideal for machinists who enjoy short-run, high-precision work rather than long production cycles.

You’ll be responsible for full setups, proving out first articles, and ensuring tight-tolerance aerospace components meet exact specifications.

• Set up, program, and operate CNC Lathes (Miyano BNX, BND, BNA Twin Spindle Live Tooling, Haas, Okuma)
• Perform complete setup and teardown, load new setups, and run first parts
• Prove out first article inspections
• Work with small, high-precision aerospace components
• Perform in-process and final quality checks
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
• Troubleshoot machining and process issues
• Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and quality
• Pro Shop (PRP) environment

• Experience as a Swiss CNC Machinist (Setup required; Programming strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of GD&T
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Experience with quality inspection tools and processes
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Background in aerospace machining is a strong plus
• CAD/CAM and CNC programming experience highly beneficial
• Pro Shop (PRP) experience is a plus
• Ability to Program is a plus

• $25–$30/hr

• Shift differentials: +20% for 2nd shift and Weekend shift
