Self Storage Property Manager

Assist customers with determining storage needs, start to finish. Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and communicating effectively and pleasantly with enthusiasm and professionalism. Candidate must understand what exceptional customer service is about and believe that average is not acceptable.

• Appearance and curb appeal of store on a daily basis
• Ability to work with others
• Physical ability to handle property maintenance

• Virtual meeting knowledge
• Reports to and works with VP and works with Facility Manager to ensure property appearance looks good
• Understanding property goals to attain revenue goals

• Attend local marketing and networking events
• Take assigned location to the next income level via off-premises marketing, pro-active in-house sales, ongoing customer attention to detail, and proper property maintenance.

• Ensure any items that need to be addressed are done so in a timely manner.
• Report all items, as needed, to management.
• Report any events, damage, etc to management immediately per policy.

Clerical and administration duties Required (Minimum)

• Climb ladders on occasion
• Must physically show units and walk the facility

• Prior sales and/or leasing experience

• Wed-Sat
• Shall not exceed 40 hours per week without approval from management in advance
