Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager

Join HDR's Water Business Group as a Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager. In this role you will lead the development of contract documents and manage projects from initiation through close‑out across multiple disciplines. • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Manage large projects or medium‑sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff.
• Coordinate and produce multiple concurrent projects.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with team and stakeholders.
• Track financial aspects and coordinate workload to keep projects within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise large project staff and mentor less‑experienced Project Managers.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

• Master's degree in a related field.
• PMP certification.
• Local candidates preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position.
• MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills.
