Brief Description The Sr. Manager, Sourcing and Supply Chain is responsible for leading the planning and execution of the company’s end-to-end sourcing and supply chain strategy in support of growth objectives and operational excellence. This role owns strategic sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, production planning, and supply chain coordination to achieve corporate cost, quality, service, and delivery goals. The position drives disciplined supplier selection, risk management, and process efficiency while staying ahead of fabric, product, and market trends to maintain competitive advantage and speed to market.

Responsibilities- Lead development and execution of strategic sourcing and end-to-end supply chain initiatives to manage total landed cost, mitigate risk, and maximize operational efficiency.
- Own sourcing, purchasing, and production planning activities tied to the product development calendar and merchant line plans; translate plans into executable sourcing and supply chain strategies.
- Develop and maintain supply chain roadmaps that align capacity, materials, suppliers, and logistics capabilities with forecasted demand and growth plans.
- Lead mill and supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance management programs aligned with strategic sourcing objectives and company values.
- Establish and enforce supplier scorecards covering cost, quality, delivery, compliance, and responsiveness.
- Participate in seasonal design and product reviews to provide manufacturing and supply chain expertise and ensure sourcing and capacity strategies are realistic and aligned.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks where product design, materials, timelines, or merchandising strategies create supply chain constraints or cost exposure.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with design, merchandising, production, quality, logistics, and inventory planning to ensure smooth product development and on-time delivery.
- Oversee purchasing negotiations and commercial terms with key suppliers, including pre-costing, total cost modeling, and final cost negotiations.
- Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, including planning, supplier performance, lead time reduction, and inventory optimization.
- Partner with logistics and inventory teams to improve flow of goods, reduce delays, and strengthen fulfillment reliability.
- Develop risk management and dual-sourcing strategies to protect supply continuity.
- Lead supply chain reporting and visibility efforts so stakeholders understand production status, constraints, and key sourcing drivers.
- Build, lead, and develop sourcing and supply chain staff to ensure strong execution and succession depth.
- Serve as an active member of the Senior Management team and contribute to broader operational and strategic decisions.
- College degree required.
- Advanced degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field preferred.
- Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in sourcing, production, and supply chain management.
- Demonstrated leadership using modern sourcing and supply chain management practices and controls.
- Proven experience managing supplier networks, negotiations, and complex production pipelines.
- Ability to translate brand and product strategy into practical sourcing and supply chain execution plans.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, decision-making, and accountability mindset.
- Solid analytical, financial, and operational planning skills.
