We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join Epic’s legal team in Madison, WI. You’ll support our growth by managing complex litigation, counseling on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law risks, representing the company in high‑stakes proceedings, and forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators. As a Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney, you will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and help our team navigate new global markets.
Responsibilities- Manage complex litigation and oversee case strategy.
- Counsel on potential risk areas including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
- Represent the company in trials, depositions, oral arguments, and settlement negotiations.
- Work with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
- Maintain relationships with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
- Eye for detail and creative mindset.
- COVID‑19 vaccination is required.
