Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Hybrid | Winston-Salem, NC | Full-Time
What You’ll Do- Serve as the go‑to contact for your assigned commercial clients—handling policy updates, renewals, quoting, payments, and documentation.
- Answer client questions, support claims, and resolve service issues with speed and accuracy.
- Partner with producers to onboard new clients: assess needs, gather data, present quotes, and secure coverage.
- Schedule and support account reviews to ensure clients have the right protection for their evolving needs.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, process changes, and correct discrepancies.
- Keep thorough records of client communications and activity in our agency management system.
- Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License
- 3-5 years of experience in a commercial account management role
- Strong customer service and communication skills—both written and verbal
- A high level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail
- Experience with AMS
360 a plus
