WhatYou’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients—handling policy updates, quotes, claims assistance, and renewals.
- Educate and advise clients on coverage options that fit their needs and budgets.
- Onboard new clients from start to finish: gather data, quote, bind, and handle cancellations or transitions.
- Proactively review policies, recommend coverage changes, and round out accounts.
- Resolve service issues quickly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
- Maintain thorough records of all client interactions in our agency management system.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and confident
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Prior Experience As a Licensed Insurance Professional Preferred
