Systems Administrator, IT Support
🚀We are seeking a Systems Administrator to play a critical, hands‑on role in supporting and advancing our IT infrastructure across both client environments and internal operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced MSP environment, enjoys working across diverse technologies, and takes pride in delivering reliable, secure, and scalable systems. As a Systems Administrator, you’ll be a technical escalation point for complex issues, a trusted partner in infrastructure projects, and a key contributor to continuous improvement in service delivery and internal IT excellence.

What You’ll Do- Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Manage Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
- Support Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Level 2–3 system and network issues
- Monitor RMM/NMS alerts and meet SLA requirements
- Deploy and support virtualization (VMware vSphere/ESXi)
- Configure and support network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, APs)
- Assist with IT projects, automation, documentation, and security initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in an MSP or IT service provider environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Linux, cloud platforms, networking, and security
- Scripting experience (Power Shell, Bash, or Python) a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications preferred (Microsoft, CompTIA, Linux+, Azure/AWS)
