- Lead end-to-end technology program delivery from initial requirements definition and solution evaluation through implementation, optimization, and process re-engineering
- Develop, manage, and maintain the comprehensive technology project plan, including scope, timeline, and budget, in close partnership with the implementation vendor
- Establish and uphold strong technology governance practices to drive alignment, communication, and coordination across the technology work streams
- Act as the primary liaison for the Technology and Data organization, ensuring consistent and transparent status reporting to stakeholders
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date log of program risks, issues, actions, and decisions, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG s respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum seven years of recent progressive experience in HR Technology and Data, including a minimum of three years leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management or related discipline
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale HR technology transformation initiatives; experience with cloud-based HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP Success Factors is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management credential is a plus
- Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication capabilities, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Deep expertise in HR technologies, supported by strong analytical acumen, critical-thinking ability, and effective problem-solving skills

Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year KPMG publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides eligible employees two breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.
