Title:Network Monitoring Specialist
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite

Main notes:

• The individual will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining analytical models and technical/monitoring solutions to support the organization.

• Must have a basic understanding of monitoring tools to drive efficiency.

• This person will review alerts and run analytics to determine which alerts should be prioritized. What is “the noisiest” / Which is critical and which is minor?

• Must have worked in NOC (Network Operations Center) infrastructure monitoring in the past.

• Strong skills for querying and analyzing large log files

• Dynatrace, SCOM & SPLUNK are the core tools utilized.

Experience with Dynatrace or SPLUNK is highly preferred but not required

• Experience with Service Now is a plus but not required

• Knowledge of BI is not a must but nice to have.

Estimated Min Rate: $90000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $100000.00
