How You’ll Make An Impact 👑 Championing Our People (Benefits Administration)You will be the "go‑to" expert for our health, wellness, and retirement programs. You’ll help our employees understand their options, lead engaging benefit meetings, and ensure everyone has the coverage they need to thrive. From managing our 401(k) and wellness perks to keeping our digital systems (Dayforce & Benefit First) running like clockwork, you’ll be the hero of Open Enrollment!
🛡 Protecting Our Team (Claims Management)Safety and care go hand‑in‑hand. You will manage our workers’ compensation and vehicle claims programs with empathy and precision. You’ll partner with insurance carriers, medical providers, and our Safety team to ensure injured employees get back on their feet and that we are constantly learning how to make our workplace even safer.
📊 Supporting the Mission (HR & Compliance)As a key member of the Corporate HR team, you’ll keep us organized and compliant. Whether you’re updating organizational charts, analyzing data for renewal season, or assisting with special HR projects, your work ensures our "Shared Services" engine runs at peak performance.
What You Bring To The Table- Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration. If you have experience with claims or HR, that’s a huge plus! - Education:
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. - Knowledge:
You’re well‑versed in benefits laws and workers’ comp regulations. If you know your way around medical terminology, you’ll hit the ground running. - Technical Savvy:
You are a pro with the Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace and have experience (or a quick ability to learn) HRIS platforms like Dayforce. - Communication
Skills:
You can turn complex insurance jargon into easy‑to‑understand information for our employees. - Heart:
You possess outstanding customer service skills and a high level of integrity. You care about doing the right thing for our people.
- Professional certifications like PHR, SHRM‑CP, or CEBS.
- OSHA 10‑Hour certification.
- "Can‑do" attitude and a love for collaborative teamwork!
- Reports to:
VP of Human Resources. - Travel:
Occasional trips to our branch offices or field sites to meet the team where they are. - Environment: A supportive, professional corporate setting with a moderate noise level and plenty of opportunities to engage with others.
