Position: People Strategies Coordinator

Summary

The People Strategies Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the People Strategies department by managing administrative functions, assisting with talent management initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of recruitment, engagement, and development programs. This role provides operational and logistical support to enhance the overall efficiency and impact of the People Strategies team.

Key Responsibilities Talent Management & Development
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking talent development programs, leadership training, and employee learning initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee development records, performance management data, and succession planning documentation.
  • Support the implementation of high‑performing team strategies, including communication, expectations, and role clarity.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
  • Support coordination of scheduling and logistics for interviews, career fairs, and recruiting events.
  • Assist in creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and facilitating communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Employee Engagement & Experience
  • Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, events, and surveys.
  • Help track and analyze employee engagement data, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive first impression.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Manage department calendars, meeting coordination, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and record‑keeping requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between People Strategies and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and service‑oriented mindset with a passion for people and culture.
