** Minimum of 2 years

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Work in a large respiratory care department practicing at the top of your license.
- Engage in providing care for diverse populations, including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Handle a large COPD population and COVID patients in med/surg and ICU step-down units, with possible shifts in the ED.
- Skilled management of airway, medication administration, ventilation, and pulmonary hygiene.
- Deliver specialized patient care using cutting-edge equipment including Servo I, Servo U, and Hamilton T1 ventilators.
- Perform procedures such as suctioning, tracheostomy care, and sputum specimen collection.

* Required Qualifications:

- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NC state license / RRT credentials
- Experience with EPIC charting system is REQUIRED - Proven skills in:
- Airway management - Ventilator management (BiPAP, CPAP) - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Medication delivery systems (nebulizers, metered dose inhalers) - Preferred skills:
- Bronchoscopy - NRP certification
** Work Environment:** - Night shifts only, providing a dynamic work experience.

** Scheduling Details:** - Accepting 13-week assignments with the opportunity to extend.
- Orientation scheduled for first few shifts to ensure smooth transition.
