Home Health Aide

Role Description

This on-site role is based in the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point area. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Additional responsibilities include providing transportation for errands, offering companionship, and ensuring the safety and comfort of clients in their homes. The role requires compassionate and reliable individuals who prioritize clients' dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Home Care, including providing non-medical assistance and companionship
• Skilled in performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and ensuring clients' comfort and safety
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Proficiency in delivering excellent Patient Care and meeting clients’ individual needs
• Experience in Personal Care, including tasks such as grooming, bathing, and toileting
• Certification as a CNA or PCA is preferred
• Ability to work on-site and travel within designated service areas
