We are seeking a PRN Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. You will work up to 40 hours a week, with a schedule that will be mutually agreed upon in advance based on your availability and the needs of the office. The Front Desk Coordinator will:
- Provide exceptional patient experience while managing the check‑in and check‑out process, which may include helping them complete any paperwork
- Handle medical insurance and collect payments and balances
- Schedule follow‑up appointments
- Professionally and timely answer the telephone
- Manage the appearance and cleanliness of the clinic
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective patients
- Educate referred patients about the services and programs Core Life offers
